Digital Career Convention: Schwarz Group invites to the second future_con. for students
Already for the second time, the Schwarz Dienstleistungen together with Lidl and Kaufland, the Schwarz Group’s retail divisions, host the future_con. Students and graduates from all fields of study and specialization are invited to attend the digital career convention on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 1 to 6 p.m.
On a virtual 360-degree-campus, various departments from Lidl, Kaufland and Schwarz Dienstleistungen will present talks, interviews and much more. The main stage offers a varied program that provides insights into the different departments at the Schwarz Group. The range of topics extends from leadership skills to digitalization and sustainability. In a separate event area, the so-called Recruiting Lounge, visitors can expect interesting job presentations, information on entry-level opportunities during and after their studies, and first-hand application tips. Participants can connect with recruiters and speakers via live chat, for example, to spontaneously submit questions about the talks.
The 360-degree-campus opens five days prior to the event. This gives visitors the chance to take a virtual look around in advance or opt to book one of the limited one-on-one-appointments with a recruiter. Registration for the event is now open.
