Schwarz Group builds housing complex in the center of Heilbronn: Rosenberg Quartier open for rent
Over the last three years, the Schwarz Group has built a new residential area in the heart of Heilbronn called Rosenberg Quartier. They are now renting out the apartments, which significantly increase the urban value of the former KACO company premises located between Süd Street, Cäcilien Street, and Rosenberg Street.
The apartments and studios are distributed across six buildings, which were designed and refurbished by Schwarz Immobilien Service. A wide range of additional amenities complement the housing options: The tenants have access to a gym, an electronic parcel pick-up station, an event kitchen, laundromats, an underground parking garage with EV charging stations, and a bike garage. Community areas such as learning spaces and generous rooftop terraces serve as meeting points for the new residents.
The striking brick building in the center of the complex was renovated from top to bottom and is now home to Cäcilie restaurant. This restaurant is open daily and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as cake and coffee, in a stylish atmosphere.
All apartments and studios are rented to Schwarz Group employees, students, and external residents fully furnished.
