The companies of Schwarz Group are planning to increase their stake in the AI company Aleph Alpha and further expand their position as a long-term, reliable anchor investor. To this end, they intend to acquire the shares held by the venture capital company Bosch Ventures. By increasing their investment, the companies of Schwarz Group are underscoring their confidence in Aleph Alpha's sovereign AI solutions. The increase of the investment is subject to approval by the authorities.
